Ground orders will be delivered by UPS or USPS. If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact anointed@anointedbodycare.com . Expedited shipping is not available on items with shipping surcharges. An extra business day is required on all orders placed after 3:30 PM ET. UPS Saturday Delivery is available to limited zip codes between Thursday 3:30 PM ET and Friday 3:30 PM ET. If Saturday Delivery is available to your ship-to address, you will see it listed as a shipping option. Alaska and Hawaii must ship to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes); we recommend Express Two-Day or Express Next-Day shipping.  Customers in all US territories must provide a physical address for delivery. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for items shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Standard Ground — arrives within 5-7 business days. Express Two-Day (available to street addresses only) - ONLY $9.95 more than regular shipping charge. Express Next-Day (available to street addresses only) - ONLY $14.95 more than regular shipping charge. Saturday Delivery (available for qualifying zip codes only) - ONLY $24.95 more than regular shipping charge. *Please note that all officially recognized United States national holidays are not considered business days and will therefore increase delivery times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

• Original Receipt/Packing Slip
• All Original Packaging

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards
• Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
• Product Samples

For Purchases Made Online: Please contact anointed@anointedbodycare.com to request a return or exchange.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $7.00 (UPS re-routing fee). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $13.95 charge ($7.00 re-routing fee and $6.95 shipping fee).

While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us at anointed@anointedbodycare.com Mondays to Fridays.
